Questions get changed for many reasons. People can change them to correct spelling or grammar, or make them more applicable to a wider audience (such as we do when changing "I" to "you." Those are valid changes that people can make on the site in order to improve quality or accomplish our goals of being a knowledge source for everyone, not just the individual who asked the question.
... Some vandals also change questions from something that makes sense to something that doesn't make sense. If this ever happens, contact a supervisor or write to our support email, and we will get it corrected.

Well, some users have an option on the sidebar that says "Edit Question." If you have that option, clicking it will take you to an edit screen where you can change the wording of the current question. Not all users have all options. Signing up for the site will offer more options than using the site anonymously (which makes sense from a security perspective... it is easier to trust users who we can keep track of). Then, if you have been here a while and have been a good contributor, you might choose to become a supervisor, and then you'll get more options for other things that you can do on the site. As with any other option on the site, changing the wording of a question should be done carefully, focusing on retaining the original intent of the question where possible.
Some of the users at WikiAnswers are professionals in their area, and some are not. When you ask a question, everyone has the opportunity to review and answer.
There are users here that can answer questions on puberty. You need to ask a question on a specific topic in the green question box at the top of the page.
