Why do the ABS Traction off Service vehicle soon lights come on?

Mine did this, and it was a wheel bearing that was bad. As soon as I replaced it, the lights went off and have stayed off. I went to a mechanic shop and they hooked it up to a special computer to see what it was. It costs about $35 to have it checked. The wheel bearing itself was anywhere from 89-329 depending on how good you want one to be.

When the ABS computer (EBCM) sees a problem in the ABS, it can cause all these lights to come on. A scan of the ABS computer would be the first thing needed.
