You could check all drive pulleys are in line using a straight edge or a taut piece of string. Any misalignment will cause premature wear. Maybe you have a spacer missing on one of the pulleys, or on the alternator assembly.

When it is damp or rainy, the rubber V-belt is slipping on the Power Steering Pump's pulley. It may only need to be tightened, or it may need to be replaced. An inspection will determine which is required.
The belt is tightened with an adjusting screw.
Power steering hoses can be replaced if they leak.
from underneath the car belt has to be tightened from underneath the car
The drive shaft may need to be tightened
most likely they were not properly tightened at some point
Replace the power steering pump.
Run a breaker button from horn to car interior to battery
the filter is built into the power steering reservoir . the filter cant be replaced separately . the reservoir itself should be replaced.
the steering pump belt is loose and needs to be tightened up. hope this helps.
