Without further information, it is hard to diagnose further than that; It is possible that your alternator belt is loose so check that first, but most likely a bad alternator is responsible or perhaps a bad battery. A lot of parts stores and any mechanical shop should be able to perform an electrical system test to diagnose the exact problem for you, usually for free.
