They dont grow in the tundra because the tundra is to hot and there is not enough water for them to grow...thats grass land

because the tundra is too windy it would knock the trees over and in somplaces it is too cold

There are no trees located in the tundra. Because it is very cold in the tundra so little or no life can survive. Russia used to send very high risk criminals there to suffer and die .

Firstly, the tundra has permafrost which would block the trees roots from sprouting out, secondly the low precipitation wouldn’t let the tree grow. Lastly, the tundra is simply too cold.
