the bushing is worn out that the end of the fan shaft fits into on the end cover of fan. replace fan they are not that expensive.
Check at the blower motor itself. Have it turned on and tap the end of the blower motor with a hammer. I did this and found out that the blower motor was going out. The blower motor is on the top passenger side under the hood. Also check the wire connections. Make sure they are seated good. If this includes for the heater then I would say the blower motor is bad.
some vehicle, the blower motor is on the fire wall under the hood of the vehicle, but I believe on that make and model vehicle have the blower motor under the dash and half the dash has to be taken out of the vehicle to change it. good luck. Happy New Year.
young buck-straight outta cashville-bang bang
I'm not quite sure I understand your question. Theoretically, turning the heater [ONLY] on should NOT cause a "LOUD squeaking" sound from under the hood. That suggests slipping of the air conditioner CLUTCH AND BELT. When the heater[only] function is turned on, and if the blower motor has worn bushings [a type of bearing], then under the right conditions the blower bushing will SQUALL, sometimes VERY loudly. And from inside the passenger compartment it will seem to come from the area in front of the passenger seat. This will also occur in the air conditioning mode [as it uses the blower too]. So the key to which of the two possible sources is at fault lies in acertaining WHERE, and therefore from which component, the sound is coming. Since most blower motors are also under the hood, but mounted on the firewall in front of the passenger seat, it is necessary to determine precisely from which component the sound is emanating.
Yes, you can make a sentence using bang. You can make any sentence using any words you like. Bang can be used like 'And suddenly, there was a loud bang!' Like that. Think of anything you like.
bang bang choo choo train
Fingerbang is when you make your hand into the shape of a gun and you go, "bang bang!"
I have the same issue - I have found that if I wiggle the wires at the blower motor - the blower kicks in. I haven't gotten to it yet but I suspect that the plug connector is dirty inside or doesn't have enough pressure to make good contact. I plan on cleaning the connector and maybe bending the contact to create more pressure. As might be suspected, it only fails when it is very cold outside and you really need the blower. i had the same problem, replaced the blower motor, $45, advanced auto parts, works good now! I was having the same problem. My husband found a loose connection under the hood on the blower fan. I also had the same problem. I fount that the cause was a defective wire to the blower control module
Open your hood. Its in the middle between the AC aluminum thing and the brake booster. Simple one wire harness, these things are cake, 50 times easier on the fiero cause you dont have to sit on your head. Make sure its not the blower resistor first.
a/c blower motorThe blower is attached to the firewall under the hood on the pasenger side.Simply remove the 6 or 7 screws from around the motor along with the ruber hose and positive and neg. wire. You must pull the blower fan cage from the moter(make sure to save the metel grament atteched to the shaft, you will need it to place the fan on the replacement motor).Reverse the process and you are through.
There are sites where you can get the parts. The blower was a dummy with a 4 bbl inside. The gear was non functional standard 6-71 set up/belt.
Pull hood latch and then go to front of car and hit front center of hood with fist. If this does not work you can drive car nto a curb while holding hood latch in open position, this should make hood pop open.
