Why do you have to sign on with your password everytime?

Because otherwise people will go and see your private stuff.

You can turn off the security by going into the user account area in the control panel of windows. The exact method will depend on what operating sytem you have. You need to have administrators rights.

you don't. just go on Google chrome type in your sign in details and sign in. at the top it will say do you wont to remember you password or use internet explorer

press keep me signed in and it will keep you signed in even when you shut down your computer :)

One has to keep signing in to Hotmail for security purposes. This is to protect the email account holder from someone else logging into it and potentially stealing sensitive data.
