When you breath out, you breath out some water vapour. This is normally invisible, but cold air cannot hold as much water vapour compared with warm. This causes some of the water vapour to condense in mid air in front of you, forming 'the cloud'!
When it "huff and puffs" that's usually when its building up the acceleration to go faster
During the night, your throat can get dry due to breathing while asleep. Especially if you breathe through your mouth while sleeping.
I usually work out in the morning while the air is fresh :)

I dont believe there is any adjustment a late model corvette. I do know with any convertible they will shrink if left down for a while and expand in high heat while up. put your top up in the evenings if your having problems latching it in the morning. if it puffs up in 95 + degrees it will relax when it cools.
