If you vehicle is front-wheel drive, more than likely, that grinding crunching sound when you turn is coming from the CV joints.
your axle is coming off
could be a tie rod
i have a grinding noise on the front left wheel. i have taken the calipa off and i have one brake pad that is shot. could it be that or can it still be the bearing. how can i find out.
its coming from the front end from the wheels we thought it was the wheel bearing
A Clicking or grinding noise coming from the front end. The best way to test your CV joints is to drive backwards in a tight circle (wheel completely cranked) you should be able to tell which side the noise is coming from if it is bad.
Sounds like you have a bad drive shaft.
Rear wheel drive: Possibly a worn universal joint on the drive shaft. Front wheel drive: possibly worn CV joints on the front drive shafts.
If its front wheel drive possibly an axle.
Front grinding is when you and your partner's sexual organs are grinding together. It is more risky than back to front grinding because in front grinding the male's genitals tend to go inside the female's vagina. It is basically having real sex with clothes on.
cv axle. not cv joint.
One cause of a popping noise from the front end while backing up in cold weather is the drive shaft. A mechanic can help find the problem.
