Dance, like any other form of exercise gives you a great workout. Stretches and warming up helps prevent injuries.
As my Wikianswer pal said dance is a exercise...
I use to do Break Dancing and I didn't warm up and I didn't get hurt, but if you for example were doing Ballet you really need to warm up or you may either twist or hurt you leg, back, arms and more....
Yes,you need to warm up before you play or you will hurt yourself.
Before a race you need to warm up really good to get your muscles warm cause if you dont warm up its a possibility that you might cramp up during your event. warm-up means you need to jog alittle bit and you need to stretch really good and do some drills to warm-up your legs.
Dress comfortably in clothing that will not interfere with your dance movements.Do a warm-up before attempting strenuous activity.Wear appropriate shoes for the surface on which you will be dancing.Don't trip.
No. Cars no longer need it.
Barre work is the warm up for a dance class. It is also a time when you can really focus on technique and feet positions. It helps a dancer gain flexibilty and warm up before a class.
Yoga. Stretch before and after you do your other excercises too. You can also watch dance warm up videos on YouTube. Splits are a good excercise, and touching your toes.
No because that is one of the exercises that warm you up.
must be broken I have not seen a tv that needs to warm up to show HDTV, I repair TV's
if its not burnt up you need to add fluid rite away fill it up when it is warm but it needs to be on the stick before its warm
You have to stretch. Its the only way to warm up your musscle. If you don't you get cramps and could lead to hurting yourself. Do some splits do some push up sit up crunches etc....... So always stretch before dance!
for pretty much any dance you have to warm up. just because hip-hop is more flexed it doesn't mean you won't pull a muscle. but you don't have to do the splits in stuff just to get warmed up.
the players warm up before they start play
