According to Torah, Jews are not supposed to shave the five corners of the face. Some Orthodox Jews interpret this to mean that their sideburns should never be cut and this leads to peyot, which are sideburn curls.
If some Jews think they are 'better than others' it is no different from some Christians and Muslims who think that morally and spiritually they tower above head and shoulders above ordinary people. In my experience they Jews don't 'bang on' about the subject, though. Perhaps the notion that Jews think they are better is part of the stereotype?

Not all Jews have big noses. It's just a stereotype that they do. Some have big noses, some have small. It all depends on genetics. People who aren't Jewsih may still have big noses. I don't think there is actual proof that Jews have on average bigger noses than non-Jews.
