Your highbeam is dead, which means your DRL's cannot funtion. Your DRL's run off of your highbeams at about 1/2 the voltage...
If neither signal light works, the flasher may very likely be the problem. The hazard lights and the signal lights work off different flashers.
Are your brake lights out - usually it's a fuse for the brake lights.
no, the Chevy Colorado seems to be the only GM Vehical that does not beep when you lock it. Read the owners manual, I have a 2005 that beeps when I lock it. It can be programed to beep and flash the lights, just flash the lights, or just beep.
