Could be one of several things: 1) coolant level too low 2) thermostat no good and needs replacement 3) radiator needs replacement 4) upper or lower radiator hoses punctured 5) bad water pump 6) electric fan malfunctioning and not turning on
I do believe it is the same body style and most things should transfer over to the 1993. It may have some electrical differences but not many. You can also transfer parts from a 1994 Acura Legend.

Ignition timing is set on a 1989 Acura Integra by setting the distributor to the appropriate angle. When set at the factory recommended angle the car will turn over with no problems.

Explain what it is doing! is water coming out of the tail pipe? do you see white smoke coming out of the tail pipe?

You can't its not a supercar, its a glorified family sedan usually driven by people that can barley see over the steering wheel on the way to bingo. If you want a supercar buy a supercar.
