Engine internals worn due to mileage or neglect - try a heavier grade oil
Sounds like the sending unit in the tank is stuck. It works kind of like the float in your toilet. There is a piece that floats on the top of the fuel and it is attached to a rod that goes to your sending unit. The higher the float, the more gas is shown on the gauge due to the position signal the sending unit is sending out to the fuel gauge. If it is stuck, it probably is best to have it replaced.
The RPM rev up when driving because of the way your car's transmission works. Essentially, the transmission is responsible for sending power from the engine to the wheels. The transmission's job is to change the RPMs that the engine is sending, so that the wheels can turn at the correct speed. When you accelerate, the transmission increases the RPMs that the engine is sending to the wheels to provide more power. The faster you accelerate, the more the RPMs will increase. This is why you hear the RPM rev up when you are accelerating.
In 1968-69 there were 2 different 455 engines. The base 455 put out 375 h.p and the higher compression ratio engine put out 400 h.p.
Higher sulphur diesel will not harm the engine but it will to the enviroment. Actually CDI engine runs fine with Euro 2M diesel, however the exhaust filter must be cleaned or replaced after some period of time.
To get a higher engine placement, a company must create an outstanding website which encourages people to visit the site more. The more frequently viewed pages have a higher engine.
My guess is it will causes the engine to surge and change engine speed up and down over and over because the ECU (computer) is searching for the right idle speed, but the bad sensor isn't sending the signal. It could also possibly cause the engine to just idle at a higher speed than normal.
Oil sending unit is really a misnomer. Although "it" is a unit, "it" does not send oil anywhere. What "IT" really is, is a pressure transducer. A pressure transducer is a device that "reads" or senses the hydraulic pressure of your engine's oil. That changes "it's" internal electrical resistance in proportion to that pressure. Let's say, the higher the pressure, the lower the resistance.
Higher than a gasoline engine.
1 higher pair can replace 2 lower pair.
Few things have higher albedo than ice - farmland is lower, but still higher than the forest which it probably replaced.
Yes, extremely! The higher the number the more powerful the engine is.
You first need to remove the oil sending unit from engine and put a oil gauge in its place, so you can check oil pressure corectley. This way you can rule out the sending unit as being the problem. ----------------------------------------------------- In my case, it was bad oil filter. before ever thinking to change the oil pump, sensor or gauge, change your oil and filter, best to make it 'flushed' (2 oil change).
