Maybe you're sleep deprived? Make sure you're getting plenty of rest. Are you eating enough fruits and vegetables? Consume a balanced diet of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean protein and mono-unsaturated and omega-3 fats. Consider taking a multivitamin. Aside from general nutrition recommendations, I couldn't really say. Does your mother or father also have wrinkles under their eyes? It might be genetic. If it still bothers you, ask your pediatrician at your next checkup. Use a cold compress over your eyes. Eyebags are often a sign of dehydration. Try drinking plenty of water, especially if you have a high salt/sugar intake. Eyebags can be a sign of Allergies from dustmites. There is medicine for this, of course.
