I HAVE FOUND THE ANSWER TO THE "GEO'S NOT STARTING WHEN HOT ISSUE"!!!!!
I have found out because of my geo that its a common problem that Geo's (all Geo's) wont start when they get hot... This is because of a computer chip issue (most the time) and the fix is to install a new computer --- The trick to NOT having to install a new computer that will just do the same thing to you IS......
Just remove the computer from where it is (in my 97 Geo Metro its behind the glove box) and set somewhere cool (like on the floor board!) so it doesn't get as hot....
Done this on 3 cars with the same problem and now they START EVERYTIME, Hot or cold!!!
EASY, VERY CHEAP FIX, Just need tools, and time!
Can you swap a 93 Geo metro manual transmition with a 95 Geo Metro
Check the coolant sensor on the throttle body.
transmission goes into gear but wont hardly move
I know mine is under the hood and I have a 97 geo metro so you may want to start there.
start with timing, after this, you should be able to test your throttle position sensor with and ohms metter to determine if its good or not.
General Motors A Geo Metro is a Cheverolet geo and Chevy metro are both made by suzuki in Canada

No they will not fit. after 1994 the Geo Metro developed a new more curved body system. You can use a 1989 - 1994 Geo Metro door though.

Sounds like either the accelerator pump is not working --rebuild kit available or Problem with automatic choke not working properly
The geo metro was a version of the Suzuki Cultus that was produced from 1989-2001. The geo metro came with a 49 horsepower engine.
