You mean like when you first start an acne cream? Benzoil peroxide is bad for that because it really dries out your skin and makes it red and itchy especially if your new to it. But when i went on accutane my dermatologist said my skin would get worse before better to and he said because it was basically pushing your acne to the surface to shrink the glands.
My advice? well im not going to recomend benzoil peroxide because i hate the stuff but its also because when i went on proactive (benzoil peroxide based) i got bumps on my skin which is a sign of being allergic to it so it just basically helped sorta didnt really do anything, but it made my skin feel really good n clean. I use Oil free Acne stress Control by Neutrogena, it is easily the most comfortable cream ive used because theres moisturizer in it and its easy on your skin and it helped right away before getting worse, its not as strong as benzoil peroxide though. I dont really know if that answered anything but its kind of a hard question, hopefully someone will add.
Oil gives you worse acne the more oil the more acne
No, because it takes awhile for it to work, it has to get worse to get better so it pushes everything out of your skin before it can clear it up.
Doxyciclyne is a an antibiotic drug that my Doctor prescribed for me in order to fight my acne. I haven't seen much change yet; actually it's gotten worse, but some say it gets worse before it gets better.
It worked pretty good for me,I apply it on my face everytime before I sleep.
90 % of people have experienced problems with acne before from mild to serious at least once in their lifetime. When i first started getting acne i would always wonder why it was happening to me but i learned to get over it and see what i could do about it. What i find helps alot is drinking plenty of water with lemon juice in it and it really keeps the redness down. I know how you feel but you always think your acne is worse that what other people see it as. 90 % of people have experienced problems with acne before from mild to serious at least once in their lifetime.
