it just happened to my 2002. first it dropped 5. then it dropped 4. the problem is the blower motor resister. it sells at the dealership only for around $60.00. its easy to change to. open the passenger door and there is a panel under the dash held on by two screws. then usung a flashlight and another size nut driver. unplug wire and remove the two screws holding this on. the new ones are a improved unit so it will look a little different. hope this helps you. john
