Actually I'm experiancing the same problem and it is getting irritating. Some times I feel like deleting the stinking file, but It happened to me after getting rid of viruses if that helps. Also the file is empty on my computer if its full on yours then some program is trying to do something. If either of these don't help I just keep on closing the window when it comes up, or you could leave your computer on all the time just turn off your monitor and put your computer into hibernation when your not using it. Hope you can find a solution to this "common" problem.
