Possibly a faulty washer, if this is the case, you can try and re-seat the tap or just replace the washer completely.
Alternatively, if the tap is fairly old, the packing glad/packing nut maybe leaking, in this case you can attempt to solve that by wrapping PTFE around the gland thread. Failing that, replace the the part for a matching one.

Check your dial controls for the back a/c. Make sure the dial is not off or in the hot position. Also check to see if it's broke the dial that is. Pull dial knob off and check for any cracks.
