it only snows in some parts of the earth because it is hotter by the equater. It also onlly snows in parts of the earth because the earth sits on its axis and the earth is at a tilt so only parts of the earth get the shadow. For example if you shine a flashlight on a base ball in a dark room with the ball with a tilt only part of the ball will have light.
hope i helped :)
In some parts of the world, it would have.
I think it's Neptune.
A solar eclipse can happen only in places that are in daylight. While those places are in daylight, there are, of course, other parts of the earth where it is night. So a solar eclipse can happen when some parts of the earth are at night, but it can happen only where it is daylight.
In some parts of the world it would have. It depends on where in the world you are.
All I know it came before B.C times, because it snowed back when the cavemen and the dinosaurs were around. It probably firsted snowed when there was nothing on this earth, because when earth was just a ball of magma and when it was forming it went through consist weather changes like rain, thunderstorms and probably snow(likely). So this is my thesis when the first snow happed, and again this not might be right, but its probably what most likely happened.
It doesn't only snow in winter, in some parts of the world it snows throughout. Otherwise, yes snow is associated with winter in most parts of the world. The earth is usually orbiting furthest from the sun in this season; thus the temperatures will decrease and liquids become solids.
snow and wind... that's about it
Sometimes it does indeed snow on the peaks of the Sinai Mountains within Egypt.
Yes- all parts of Virginia get snow sometimes. Dublin is at a higher elevation, and gets more snow than some parts.
Too hot.

Snow, particularly fresh snow, has some of the highest albedos of anything on Earth's surface.
It is in some parts of the world. In others, it has never happened.
Probably snow, if your Earth includes the totality of items found on the planet. Some clouds would have an albedo almost as high - but only in parts. If you wish to limit your answer to earth solids, then perhaps milky quartz, and marble would have a high albedo.
They typically inhabit the savanna, grassland, bush and sometimes forest in Summer and Winter
