Why does love make the world go round?

There is all sorts of love ... love for your parents, mate, children, family members and friends and passion and love for something you know will make a good difference in this world whether it be political, starting a company from your own idea and hiring people, etc. Love is a good feeling (a glow inside when you can make someone smile or put an arm around them when they feel down) and when we reach out by meeting more people and we aren't afraid to show emotions and that "loving feeling" it DOES make a difference all around the world. Compassion and love are often connected and it can reach right around this big, old world. You can have your Dictators, crooked governments, Corporations of all varieties (some that aren't for the good of the people) but, if we stand together and show love and compassion anything is possible! I'm a person who hugs my family and friends because I'm smart enough to know either I won't forever be around or they won't and it's important to me to let them know how I feel about them. A very few were not as receptive as I thought and I would NEVER make a person uncomfortable, but then I got to thinking (a hard job for me these days LOL) that if one didn't persist the very person that stiffened up like a board was probably never able to trust anyone or ever has felt the warmth of a friendly hug. I know it works because when I enter a roomful of friends and go around to hug them (and I mean it) I'm saying, "It's great seeing you; I've missed you and how are you doing?" and if I miss one by accident they will actually come up with a sad look as if they have been purposely forgotten and ask "Where's my hug?" I give them the double whammy! LOL Yup, it's true that love makes the world go round and love also conquers many trials and tribulations that us humans have to deal with. With all the technology we have and robots replacing many aspects of our lives in the very near future, it's extremely important we NEVER lose that love and compassion.
