This is soo funny, I just took my in a few days ago for my 2004 envoy to the dealer, they said my battery did not have enough amps... So they replaced the battery, a few hours later i turned the a/c on & my envoy did the same thing as yours they said that it might have lost the programming in it due to changing of battery (i do not know yet) what it is, just took back today to dealer im sure they'll say it is something else to make more money off me. This is the reason i am Surfing the net, I am curious as to if that really exists! 5/29/09 cendejasabc@hotmail.com
