If he's still your boyfriend despite it all, it means there's something good going on between you - therefore, your problem may just be pure lack of communication. He's probably unware of the consequences of his actions, while you perhaps may be giving too much importance to minor things. Try talking to him, explain him exactly which are the things he does that you don't like (those that lead you to say that he hates you), ask him why is it that he does and/or say them, and eventually ask him to control himself for the sake of your relationship. From the moment that he knows and accepts to be more careful, then you can really x-ray his behaviour. Give him a chance to prove he's not bad intentioned, first.
