If you have jailbroken your iPad, it is the way your iPad will operate.
Games and other apps will crash from time to time. This is usually the fault of the programmers, although there can be problems with interactions with other programs if network resources are used.
Try quitting all the active apps on your iPad and relaunching only the ones you want to use.
