The swim bladder of the koi is deflated so the koi doesn't have an equal-librium in the water and it sinks. This happened to one of my koi and it eventually healed. If it doesn't heal within a month or two, have an expert look at it.
There could be many reasons. Please provide some more info on the pond. ie depth, size,of pond. Qty of fish, what species and what sizes, surface cover (floating plants) if any, what other plants are there. Is the pond in the sun or shade or part shade?
Death or very serious illness. My advice is for you to check the water quality and then do something about what is wrong.
If it is permanently lying on it's side it is sick and dieing but f it's only sometimes it may have a Swim Bladder Disorder.

Most gm back seats are the same. Push back on the bottom section & pull up from back of the bottom part. This should let the bottom part come off. Then the back part should be bolted at the bottom. Take the bolts out, and push up.

Remove the bottom first. Push down and towards the back of the car at the front of the seat and it will pop out. They are usually NOT easy to pop out. Once the bottom is out, there are two screws at the bottom of the seat back. Remove those and slide the back up to unhook the top of the seat back from the body of the car.

No, your bottom back seat is supported by some snag locks so, simply pull from the front bottom potion of your back seat in an upward motion and it will un-snap.
