Your passlock security is activated or failing. Many things can cause this. 1 or more of three things. The key chip is bad, the ignition cylinder that reads the key is bad, or the TDM (Theft Deterrant Module-computer that reads the info) is bad. All of which can shut down your vehicle by keeping it from starting, or shutting down while driving.
It is important to know what the warning lights mean on a dashboard. The ABS lights flash on any vehicle when there is an issue with the brake system.
Most of the light on the dashboard are Warning Lights; different warning lights that might flash up on the dashboard. Some of the more common warning lights are shown below. 1 = Oil pressure warning light 2 = Battery charge warning light 3 = Brake system warning light 4 = Engine warning light
Acura dashboard light don't work
Turn on the dashboard lights, and start removing the fuses one by one. When the dashboard light turned off, that is the good fuse. If the dashboard fuse is burnt, start replacing the fuses one by one, and when the dashboard will light up that is the place of the burnt fuse.
IF it is the all the dash board lights it is probably a fuse, else if it only one light the switch on the is probably gone that lights up that light. There are no dash bulbs a they are LEDS so the chances of them blowing is slim

There are 3 different things that can cause the security lights to flash constantly on a 2002 Saturn Vue. These things are a bad passlock sensor in the ignition housing, a bad BCM, or a bad PCM.
Check with a mechanic immediately.
