Hi, I have the same problem on my Dodge Neon, the Air Bag light randomly turns on. From what I was able to gather as far as information it's due to a sensor problem. The guy at the Dodge dealership told me that it's nothing to worry about, your air bags won't spontaneously deploy. If you feel like fixing it, make sure you have something like 400$. Personnaly I just drive around and ignore that little light when it comes on.
