alternator probably needs replacing not charging battery or bat is dead and not taking charge
Low battery voltage .?
you should first check the battery with a load tester. fill battery charge battery test again replace if needed
How do you remove and replace the battery on a 2001 Ford F150?
Unplug the electrical connection and remove the two bolts holding it. Reverse order to install.
Your battery is not being charged
sounds like one of your main fuses has blown
check your starter, it could either not but getting voltage at all (which would be the starter solenoid) or more likely it is just old or has failed and needs to be replaced
no, the ranger is quite a bit narrower than an f150
check for proper grounding, bad wiring. Check voltage with a voltmeter in different places to see where you are losing it. Alternator, battery, at the headlight connection, fuse box & relay (if applicable). could also be caused by belt slippage, or lights with a higher wattage than recommended.
You need a new battery! Happend to me too, not enough crank amps to engage the needles as the truck is being started. Hope it works buddy.
The temperature gauge sensor on the 2002 F150 is located on the driver's side of the vehicle and under the intake. This is almost impossible to remove without removing the intake itself.
Inside the alternator.
