Why does the brake pedal still go to the floor even after i have bled the lines and made sure that there is fluid in it?

Master Cylinder or Slave cylinder have gone bad and needs to be replaced. They have a diaphragm inside them the help make vacuum and if this diaphragm does not work properly it can cause your symptoms.
