It is normal for it to do that when you reset it. NO worries
Turn ignition to run position ,do not start ,press fuel pedal down 3 times within 5 seconds. .Change oil soon light will flash ,which means its resetting the system .Turn key off and you are good to go.

Try resetting the fuel cut off switch and see if the engine will start
