the presidential scroll is actually holding olive branches in the real presidential seal. The eagle clutching the scroll symbolizes a "secret book", that only contains presidential information unseen by anyone other than past presidents. Most think of this to be fictional, but information such as Apollo missions, the 18 minutes of Watergate scandal, and Area 51 information, are thought of to exist.

The eagle clutching a scroll is a symbol of the President's Secret Book. It is a rumor, and does possibly exist. The President's Secret Book is a book for a president's set of eyes only. It has records of early history for example, the murder of President Lincoln, which was Booth. It was displayed in National Treasures: The Secret Book. But the book possiblydoes exist.

Does Poland's flag have an eagle on it?

No, Poland's flag consists only of two horizontal stripes of equal width, the upper one white and the lower one red. There are no eagle on it. There is a common misunderstanding, because some people use the variant of the flag with the national coat of arms (white eagle) in the middle of the white stripe, but this is not a flag, but an ensign and it is legally reserved for use at sea only.

What does the eagle globe and anchor stand for?

The general design of the emblem was probably derived from the Royal Marines' "Globe and Laurel." The globe on the U.S. Marine emblem signifies continuing historical service in any part of the world. The eagle represents the nation of the United States. The anchor, whose origin dates back to the founding of the Marine Corps in 1775, acknowledges the naval tradition of the United States Marines and their continual service under the command of the Department of the Navy.
