First of all, lets separate the term "immigrant" from the term "illegal immigrant." I do not personally believe that "the government" is focused on such activity. As a matter of fact, many citizens are beginning to believe that "the government" pays TOO LITTLE attention to the illegal Immigration situation.

Additionally, the answer to part of the question lies within the question itself. If you are illegaly in this country you cannot expect to have ANY "rights."

The questioner does not give their country of origin, nor is it even necessary.... but, the questioner should research the immigration laws of THEIR own country of origin before they criticize the US government and its citizens. I believe that they will find that THEIR country's immigration laws treat illegal immigrants to THEIR country MUCH MORE HARSHLY.

What are the belies of the anti-federalist?

The Anti-Federalists did not want to ratify the Constitution. Basically, they argued that: the Constitution gave too much power to the national government at the expense of the state governments because there was not yet a bill of rights. They also pointed out that Congress, because of the `necessary and proper clause,' wielded too much power, as well as the executive branch. They believed the American people had just fought a war to defend their rights, and they did not want a intimidating national government taking those rights away again. The lack of a bill of rights was the focus of the Anti-Federalist campaign against ratification.
