Why does the rear blower only work on high in 2002 Chrysler Town and Country?

I have had this problem too, but it was with the front heater/AC unit. It would only blow high, after about 9 months of this it just quit and now nothing comes out. I am in the process of finding the part. Two part shops that I have contacted don't have a listing for it.
