They are MOSTLY right but the ocean isn't always green (which is caused by algae and seaweed because the water IS colorless); in some ares like Destine, Florida (for example) the water is totally clear and you can see EVERYTHING (from small fish, crabs, seashells, the sand, to other undersea creatures) until you get farther out into the ocean where it appears blue due to the sky's reflection. She is right the water is clear but with the sun and water;the sun makes a rainbow in the water so it terns blue or green.
