Tea for we know is a liquid and liquids are states of matter in which the molecules are arranged in a loose manner. When sugar, a solid is added to the tea, not much chnages can be seen for the sugar molecules fills the space between the liquid molecules in teae.
Let's imagine the following objects first: Sugar cubes are solid blocks, each with a comparatively larger volume. Granulated sugar is fine and particulate, and each grain has a very small volume. It is only logical that when comparing one block of sugar to one grain of sugar, that the grain dissolves faster because it has a smaller volume (less to dissolve), and the surface area to volume ratio is much higher.
That will depend very much on what is being dissolved and what it is being dissolved in. Water will dissolve many substances to a greater or lesser degree. For example, salt will dissolve easily in water but there is a limit on just how much will dissolve in a given volume of water and when the water will not allow any more to be dissolved in it, the salt water solution is said to be saturated.

I assume that you mean 'dissolves in water'. The answer is yes, very much so. The higher the temperature of the water, the quicker the sugar dissolves. The reason for this is very simple. As the temperature increases, water molecules move more quickly as they have more energy. They are therefore more likely to collide with and 'attack' the sugar crystals, causing sugar molecules to separate from each crystal and disperse throughout the water forming a sugar solution.
the substance is saturated with the sugar so adding more sugar will not effect the liquid, very much. But if you have that much sugar and still want more sugar in it, that's not very healthy. :)
