Most likely the pump motor has failed, one possible test is to have somebody hold the washer switch on while you tap the pump in the bottom of the washer reservoir, if it starts running then the brushes in the motor are getting bad and it need to be replaced. Most autoparts stores stock them or you can order it from online @ www.rockauto.com If the washer has not been used in a long time, the washer fluid might have coagulated into a gel that plugs up the hoses, pump or other passages. Listen to hear the pump motor run. If it does, but the reservoir is full and no water comes through the jets, you can use compressed air to blow out the hoses, jets and other passages. You will probably have to take apart the pieces to blow them out.
