Not a whole lot to go on, but a standard thing to check whenever you have this problem is to see if the little drain tube, normally under the bottom of the dash, that leads out the car, normally either through floor or firewall, has been disconnected at either end. The tube carries the water that condenses from the a/c unit or climate control, keeping in mind that using the heater/defroster can also remove humidity from the air. Another reason for water leaking into the passenger floorboard is a bad heater core.
Passenger side of the firewall.
under the passenger seat
Front passenger side of the engine.
sounds like you need to replace the heater core
If equipped, it is on the passenger side front of the engine.

This is from the seal around the vent on the outside portion of the panel. Check the seal and use some silicon to fix it up.

Bad heater core? replace Evaporator drain plugged if A/C equipped - try to unplug from under vehicle
Fluid on the passenger side floor is one of two things. Either you have a water leak from outside, as in a windshield leaking, condenser drain line stopped up and leaking into the car, or the heater core is leaking. Taste the fluid. If it taste sweet, it is coolant and the heater core needs replacing.
It's on the passenger side of the engine compartment under the hood. Remove the passenger side wiper, 2 screws and grommets to access.
Water? You have residue buildup on the condenser coil. There's a spray to alleviate that.

I saw one of them today while trying to look at my distributor cap from the front of the truck on the passenger side of the engine. It is in the catalytic converter just under the passenger floor board, where the exhaust manifolds join to enter the cat. -Kojak I believe there are 2 of them. One is on the front of the catalytic converter, the second is on the rear pipe of that same converter.
The starter should be located at the rear of the engine next to the flywheel on the passenger side. ~ D
