This is another classic example of why you don't just throw parts at a problem. Most likely you have a problem sensing the fact that the engine is running. Typically electric fuel pumps only run for a few seconds when you first turn on the key. Then, if the computer detects that the engine is running, ANOTHER circuit causes the fuel pump to continue running. I'd start with a computer diagnostic scan to see if the computer has detected any problems with the electronic circuits.
