Most likely the electric cooling fan motor in front of the radiator is not working. When the AC is on the cooling fan motor pulls heat out of the AC condensor which is located in front of the radiator. When you are driving on the freeway enough air is forced through the condensor to keep the engine cool but when you stop there is no air moving through the radiator or condensor so no heat is being removed and the engine gets hot. When you have the AC on check to see if the radiator fan is on, if not then either the fan motor is bad or there is an electrical problem.
my idling on my 2001 ford focus is not idling correct, tried to adjust idling but there is no screw or way to adjust why?

I am looking for the same thing, but 2001. My pathfinder getting overheat after about 10 minutes of driving, however when it is idling on parking the temperature stays perfect. I found one thing that look like a bleeder valve in 2001 pathfinder. It is located right behind the engine, look like a straw with a rubber cap on it.
2001 sienna stall while just stop while driving. electric just cut out power, then switch can operated but idling roughling
Bad radiator, gaskets, water pump, thermostat
Give a try to Seafoam, you can get in AutoZone (~$10). Instructions are on the bottle.
You don't. If you are having an issue with idling check the IAC Valve.
Could be the rad. , the thermostat, hoses, fan. You have to check all.
Most likely the engine will overheat.
No, it wouldn't affect the idle unless you were somehow overheating the engine.
