If you are feeling a vibration through the steering wheel, the problem is most likely in the front end of the vehicle, usually wheel balance or a tire that may have a problem such as a broken/twisted belts or maybe even loose wheel nuts.(you never know). If the vibration is felt more through your feet or the seat of your pants, the problem could be in the rear, again perhaps a tire problem or it could be a drive line problem such as a bad universal joint, bent drive shaft, imbalanced drive shaft, wrong drive shaft angle . Or maybe some thing completely different! Just a few suggestions.
If the tires were just balanced ,you could try rotating them to see if there is any improvement.
