Someone in the car with the clutch pushed in and get the car moving as fast as you can, let the clutch out & leave it out, it will jerk & buck as the motor starts turning & if its going fast enough the motor should fire, then push in the clutch & it should be running. Parking on a hill usually gives you enough of a rolling start to get it to go.
