You are not using the right sync options
Blackberry Media Sync is a software made only for Blackberry devices. It syncs all your music, photos, videos, etc. to your blackberry when connected. Of course you choose what to sync. It's similar to the iPod sync.
Make sure your BlackBerry is plugged in and find the BlackBerry in Finder (Mac) or My Computer (Windows). Go into the BLACKBERRY folder, then VIDEOS, and your videos will be there!
You have to use Blackberry desktop manager and go on Roxio media manager and copy them onto the blackberry.
All you need to do is connect the USB connecter to your camera and then your computer :~)

You can upload them from your computer or tape one yourself and keep it in Photos (must be a 4th gen).
