Why does your dog NOT eat her dry food in the dish. She gets a mouthfull and then carries it onto the carpet and then eats?

She must be around other big dogs or cats and don't get enough food when she feels hungry and therefore, she grabs her dry food mouthfool and eats somewhere else. Try giving her wet food in bowl and leave near dry food so you will notice she eats her wet food at the same spot. It's all about training and let your feel comfortable and secured among others.
