The GFCI is sensing stray electricity. Usually, there is no GFCI connected to the pump motor. The GFCI devices would be associated with the air blower, or the lights. If it is the circuit breaker, then there may be a problem with the circulation pump or the circuit breaker itself. A qualified electrician will be able to locate and correct the electrical problem. A pool repair tech may be able to do the same and also correct the problem if it is the motor.

Check the earth fault trip off set limit of the ACB. It may be too low.
The only breakers that allow any adjustment at all are usually three phase and used on motor starting. These types of breakers have overload rated trips installed into them. The breaker has to be sized by code to 250% of the motors full load amperage. The adjustment is in the time that the breaker will hold the 250% overload before tripping. The draw back is that the longer the time for the motor to start, the quicker the motor will heat up. It is the prolonged heat that finally destroys the insulation on the motor's winding and will finally lead to a shorting of the windings to ground or to themselves.
A Direct-On-Line (DOL) starter is an electronic 3-phase motor-control system which offers soft starts in DELTA configuration. DOL starters are now replacing the use of manual or semi-automatic "star-delta" starters. In this way of starting a 3-phase motor, full line voltages are applied to the motor through relays and contactors. The DOL is nowadays the most common type of 3-phase motor starter used.It has a "closing circuit" and an "opening circuit". The closing circuit is for applying the service lines to the motor and the opening - or "tripping" - circuit protects the motor by cutting-off (or "tripping") power to the motor from the service lines if there is any overload condition, a single phasing fault, etc.For more information please see the answers to the Related Questions shown below.
In a single phase 220 volt electric motor just measure one line. That already represents your line current. That line current is equal to your total current circulating in your motor.
As the load increases on a motor the amperage rises. Increasing the load amps over the motors full load amp rating can shorten the motor's life because of excessive heat. Motors should have overload protection in their circuits to prevent this condition from happening by tripping the motor contactor and opening the motor's voltage supply. <<>> Gets very warm .... vibrations., possible melt, seize, much energy expended.
If you are referring to the cabin circulating fan - check the fuse to see if it has blown. If not, I would suspect the fan speed switch has gone bad. Lastly - the possibility that the fan motor has failed.
If all speeds do not work, suspect the fuse, the switch, the switch connector or the blower motor. If only high speed works, suspect the blower motor speed resistor. If low speeds work and not high, suspect the blower motor relay.
because the hermatic compressor motor must be compatible with the refrigerant and oil circulating in the system.
If you are referring to the blower motor squealing, then I would suspect the blower motor bearings have failed.
out of winshiel washer fluid, does the motor run when you push the fluid despense button ? if so suspect plugged line, broke line ,if it does not run suspect fuse or windshield pump motor.
The 15 horsepower Mercury outboard motor does not have a water pump. The outboard motor is air cooled and does not have a need for circulating water.
Possibly a relation to the blower motor/ heater door accuators.
Yes, a bad capacitor causes blower motor to become slow or stop. Since bad or shortcapacitor will make the surge of current and tripping of circuit breaker.
The solution to this problem is to get the same size motor in HP at the correct voltage. This way the motor can correctly drive the connected full load without tripping the motor protection.
its impossible to give suppy to rotor of an induction motor, because of it a closed path for circulating currents.
Hermetic manufactured from special materials because Hermetic compressor motor materials must be compatible with the refrigerant and oil circulating in the system.
I would suspect the blower motor speed resister is shot.
