You might be having a little problem with a pinched nerve or a little Arthritis. Hello, It may be that you have a Pinched nerve in your Shoulder Blade area or Neck area. Seek out a Sports Masseur or Chinese Sccupuncturist, they should be able to fix the problem. If either of these two cannot help, then maybe a visit to your Doctor is in order. Try a Masseus first. Cheers.

Most of the electric current will pass through the path through the body which offers the least resistance, NOT the 'quickest' path, as speed doesn't come into it.

Why am I not shocked if I stick something in the hot side of an outlet and hold a paperclip in the other hand?

Holding anything in the air with the other hand will have little relation to being grounded. It's what the rest of your body is doing, with relation to ground, that will affect you. What kind of something you have stuck in the socket and how conductive it is, will have more relation to whether you are shocked.

How do you write shocked voices?

You don't. You show the characters being shocked. How do people act when they are shocked? Do they freeze? Run away? Throw up? Does their mouth fall open or do they clap a hand to it? If you show them shocked, whatever they say next will be "shocked voice."

How does the build up of static electricity affect cars and how do they cope?

When you put your feet down and then touch the car when you get off, you will get a shock as your finger or hand almost touches the metal part of the car because you are grounded. The spark that jumps from the metal to your hand gives you the shock. The trick is to hold onto the metal part of a car and then get in. This way you won't be shocked because the electricity will flow over your body.
