It does this because it is the heaviest part of your necklace and gravity pulls it downward. If you make the rest of your necklace heavier or find a light clasp that will help. Another view: I don't think it's gravity pulling the clasp down, this would be a very small effect compared to the friction against your skin. I think the correct answer is that your movements during the day, turning your neck, etc., cause the necklace to rotate. The clasp stops in the front because it gets caught on the pendant (otherwise it would probably continue back up and around.) I wonder if anyone has tried this?
Check to see if your trunk is open or if the clasp that holds it closed is loose.
It would probably depend on the thickness of the necklace, and width or so. It would probably not stop it, but maybe if you get really lucky. Bullets aren't usually shot right around that area, but maybe, most unlikely though.
A Pandora opener named (ClaspEase) is made out of tough plastic so it wont break easily and is just the right thickness to push into the clasp to open it, this will not damage your jewellery if used properly. Claspease can stop you from breaking your nails due to the Pandora's stiff clasp.

by turning on the stop time necklace and when you pased turn it back on
It is possible that this is rust. Try replacing the clasp with something else that cannot rust, or rust as easily. My other solution is Bleach. I wouldn't suggest it, but it can turn the copper white, so it will be a little closer to the color silver.
Your first step - is to find out why the necklace is irritating you. It may be that you've developed an allergy to certain metals. If that's the case - then your only option is too stop wearing pieces made of that particular metal.

Your front bumper should be on or just behind the 24" white painted stop bar on the ground. If the stop bar is missing, stop the front bumper at the location of the sign.
