It has to do with moisture in the available surroundings and heat sources / amounts of heat.
Chocolate doesn't melt so much in winter because, depending on the climate of the area, the temperature doesn't get as high, so the chocolate doesn't have a chance to reach its melting point.

u cannot melt chocolate in cola.. put it in the microwave check it every 20 seconds and stir it so it doesnt burn or put the chocolate in a pan and put butter in the pan and then put the chocolate in and stir it so it oesnt burn
