There's a few possibilities here..
- The blower fan may not be operating. If you don't hear the blower fan operating, that's probably your reason.
- You may have blockage in the duct system
- You may have a jammed or broken blend door in the duct system
- You may not be getting sufficient airflow into and through the HVAC duct, due likely to a blockage
