Is there fluid in the tank?
Can you still here the pump working? If not, possibly burnt out pump.
Hose could be plugged...start by checking the bottom of the tank for debris, clean if clogged. If not, then remove tubing and see if you can blow or pump air through it.
Is it cold in your location? Fluid could be frozen.
